Being a Part of a Team

When you become a part of a team you are agreeing to put away being selfish and start caring about what everyone needs and not only you.

You are taking the responsibility to have others count on you to perform a task correctly or to the best of your ability.

Your agreeing to make everyone else look just as talented as you.

When a team can come together and perform it's magical. The way everything works smoothly, everyone contributing their field of excellence.

Being a part of a team is something that's good to be.

Reputation

Nice person...
Mean person...
Powerful person...
Slutty person...
Generous person...
Player...

What is your reputation? Do you think about it before you make actions?

Some one's action and really put an impression on people give them a reputation.

People and easily judge someone off their reputation and make false assumptions due to their reputation.

While other people go out of their way to have a 'perfect' reputation caring about what everyone thinks, making them fake.

Reputations can change although it usually takes time.

Reputations are basically a judgement held to a person.

Friday Night Lights

Although, Spring has sprung and I'm ready to go outside, I also found my new TV obbsession to netflix and watch when it gets too dark and cold to still be outside.
:)

Springtime

I am absolutely STOKED for spring time to come.
The weather growing warming,
green grass appearings,
people's additudes raising,
my desire to get out of the house unbarble.

This winter has been a living hell for me. Long, cold, and snowing. Completely dragging my happiness down and making hybernation the only thing that sounds pleasant.

Spring has sprung and I am ready to get outside and enjoy every minute of it.

Urban Outfitters Blog

http://www.blog.urbanoutfitters.com/

^^^^^^ The link I posted above is a link to a blog I have to read daily.

Sitting in biology class with my backpack propped up on my table to hide the fact that I am ten times more intrigued in the urban fashion world than genetics. (Although I also find genetics rather fasinating, it just doesn't quite live up to the blog)

So here I am to share it with you, love it or hate it. I don't really care.

Respect

Respect is a quality that is going to only have a positive affect on you and the people around you.

Respecting others is as basic as learning to share in kindergarten.

If you want to be treated right you need to treat your peers right.

Respect come into all different areas of our lives.

Social -
Having the respect to take consideration to other people's beliefs and emotions can make you a more relatable person.
Having the respect to keep some one's secrets or problems that you know of confidential can make you a more trustworthy person.
Having the respect to keep promises with others makes you a more dependable person.

Work/Career-
Having the respect to accept that your boss is in charge
Having the respect to treat your co-workers like equals
Having the respect to meet deadlines and be on time everyday

Physical-
Having the respect to eat the right foods and treat your body well
Having the respect to exercise and become strong
Having the respect to not deprive the body

Respect come in many other forms but it takes someone with a strong will to respect everyone and themselves.

The Idea of Blogging

Blogging is something that gave anyone a computer a voice and opinion.

Having your own blog is something you can do anything you want with. You have the freedom to say whatever you want and let people read your thoughts. You don't have to be a hired person or have gone to college to write.

Many social networks take some of the characteristics of original blogs. Being able to state your opinions and comment on others. Keeping people updated with your life.

People have even been able to make blogging a job if their blog becomes popular for others to read. Advertisers will pay bloggers to advertise on their page.

It truely is amazing how many everyday people can have such a loud voice with blogging.

SKINS

SKINS

Probably, in my opinion, one of the most intrigueing shows I've even watched.
Although it takes many every day teenage challenges to some extremes, it's somewhat realistic of what we go through.

Many people would base thier opinion on the show as extremely innopropriate for public television and highly unlikely. Some of the situations that come into action I couldn't even experience if I tried

But as unrealistic as some of the situations may seem, teenagers do encounter them.

Obviously some of the lifestyle and unrealistic consequences are just part of making the show something to grab the audiance as any other show would. The characters are relateable and fun. Someone who you would want to hang out with on the weekend.

If you don't take everything so literally, I highly recomend watching this show.

Lonely

One.
With no one.
Silence or not.
The external world is forgot.
Absence of anything that is worth something.
Apart.
Away from any other thought and mind.
Mentally detached from other human kind.
Only one understanding your own thought.
Not showing the world everything you brought.
Lonely.

Friendship

Friends we're suppose to be
Promised to forever be there for each other
You and me becoming a we

The promise to never leave each other's side
To be there for the whole bumpy ride

To share our cries of
Joy
Sorrow
Excitement
Regret
To remind each other to forgive and forget
A promise that is suppose to be kept

But when a promise as powerful as friendship breaks,
The earth you stand upon begins to shake

The lies and manipulation you finally discover
Begin to show your promises true colors

And when one promise slowly crumbles and breaks
An opening for two promises wakes

Rafting 2010

Every summer I go to Colorado for two weeks to a camp called Adventure Unlimited.
It is a camp full of activites that vary from mountain hiking, rafting, horseback riding, photography, and many other activites to experience.
With all the activites we do we are able to pick one we do the most. I chose rafting and am officially in love with it. The thrill, strength, and teamwork it takes to exicute properly is amazing and something I take pride in participating in.

The Power of Knowledge

I am in full belief that knowledge is power.

Knowledge is something that people need to keep moving forward in life, it doesn't necessarily have to be intelligence.
Knowledge helps people know what is going on. The knowledge of learning what is good for your physical body, social and mental health can help you survive without a life full of problems.

Knowledge is key to knowing what is and isn't good for you.

HOMEWORK OVERLOAD

UGHHHHHHHHH.

I am going to FREAK OUT.

I have soooo much homework to make up from being gone for only TWO DAYS.

Although attending Youth In Government for my third year was well worth the stress of missing school, I feel like I'm going to just break down.

Semester ends in less than a week and I have to take tests, make up tests, turn in assignments and try to get my last minute grades up.

BOOOO

Work Ethnic

Someone's work ethnic can either make or break them.

Not only is having good work ethnic needed to perform well for jobs and school, but it is also needed for the things in life that need to be done efficiently and correctly.

To me, work ethnic is being able to be productive when needed and not procrastinating on obligations.

Work ethnic is very important to improve on while growing up so you develop good habits to help you succeed and get more done.
